The Village Office has moved to 211 Antrim Street (in the former Knox United Church)
All candidate nomination forms must be received by the Returning Officer (Administrator) at 211 Antrim Street by 4:00 pm Oct 15th, 2025.

Nomination forms require at least 5 signatures of eligible voters within the Village of North Portal.
Forms must be completed in full, including the candidate's acceptance and public disclosure statement and received by 4:00pm on Wednesday October 15th, 2025 (Nomination Day). Nomination forms may be submitted in person at 211 Antrim St, North Portal, by registered or ordinary mail, or email at villagen@sasktel.net. A public disclosure form must accompany the nomination form.
Please note: Submission by mail must be received by the North Portal Post Office on Wed October 15th. (not just postmarked).
Nominees will receive a Receipt of Nomination. Copies of the completed nomination and public disclosure forms will be posted at the village office.
It is recommended that you contact the village office at (306)927-5050 to confirm your nomination form was received.
Nominations may be withdrawn until 4:00pm on Thursday October 16th, 2026.
